Shipping

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your Emirate.

Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can only be returned if defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@byhayatskin.com or WhatsApp +971 52 450 2886 with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
